How to request a return
To request a return, please reach out to us at support@ikkabaa.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Service team at support@ikkabaa.co.uk. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. At this stage, our Returns Policy will apply.
Please note that Ikkabaa reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing
- In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies
- If payment via card is declined by the issuing financial institution
